She is survived by: her parents, Lionel Colley and Alicia Felix; her grandparents, Lionel, Heather Colley and Dawn Smith; her great-grandparents, Velma Downey, Loretta Riley and Marvin Riley (Lorene Riley); her godmother Ivory Lopez-Simmonds; her siblings, Lyesha, Ly'keesha Colley, Lionel Colley Jr. and Ta'Shaun Downey; her aunts, Shinean Simmonds (Karon Beals) and Sylvana Colley (Sean Balgobin); her uncle Michael Felix Jr.; and her cousins, Kashawn Simmonds, Kashyra Simmonds, Kaleeya Simmonds, Kariyah Simmonds, Autumn Colley Balgobin, Anyah Colley Balgobin and Zion Colley Balgobin.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the St. Thomas Baptist Church (35 Simmonds Rd, North Preston, NS B2Z1A3). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the same location.
In her final act of kindness, Lylicia became a true hero through organ donation, giving the extraordinary gift of life and saving three people.
