He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Albert Sr. Downey and Patricia Downey; his adoptive mother Estella Downey; his wife Samantha Rose Thompson; his children, Jillisa, Maselle, Samdres, Darleah and Martinelle of North Preston; his siblings, Albert, Wayne, Otis, Darryl (Ashley), Jaden, Sunny (Elizbeth), Sunda, Jason, Darren, Trevor, Andre, Norma (Patrick), Charmaine, Gladyes, Tanya, Heather, Iesha, Catherine and Anita; his sons, Emry Smith, Chakiea Downey and Vanteo Grant; his grandparents, Joseph, Estella Downey, Alexander and Gladys Thompson; his mother-in-law Vina Mae Beals; his godchildren, Cleveland Jr. Downey, Jaimera Downey, Olandra Simmonds, Navonte Gray and T'haijiah Beals; Garfield Jr. Beals. He was also cherished by 15 grandchildren.
