He was predeceased by : his parents, Roy West and Agnes West (Downey). He is survived by : his wife Viola (Fraser); his daughters, Donna (Garnet) and Sherri; his stepson Frederick (Elizabeth); and his sister Francine. He is also survived by great grandchildren.

Due to Covid-19 restrictions there will be no visitation.
