It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alistair Andrew Wilson (North Sydney, Nova Scotia), born in Sydney, Nova Scotia, who passed away on July 26, 2025, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Catherine Wilson (Bodie); his wife Joan (Haggett); and his brothers, Charlie and Angus Wilson (Florence). He is survived by: his father Andrew "Andy" Wilson; his children, Kevin, Alison of North Sydney and Brenda Lindsay (Myke); his grandchildren, Andrew Vassallo (Cheryl) and Tanya Cashin (Justin); his great grandchildren, Piper, Cole Vassallo, Nora and Alistair Cashin; and his sister-in-law Margie MacDonald. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Lakeside Cemetery.
