She was predeceased by: her husband Emerson; and her parents, Robert MacLean and Christina MacLean (MacNeil). She is survived by: her children, Fraser (Kathleen), Sandra (John), Shawn (Michelle), Lloyd (Cindy), Cheryl and Lorne; her grandchildren, Michael (Tammy), Christena, Nicholas, Logan and Oliver; her stepgrandchildren, Allie, Kyle, Dale and Amy; her great grandchildren, Connor and Claire; her stepgreat-grandson William; and her sister Sylvia Dolomont. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, May 20th 2026 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the W. J. Dooley Funeral Service Ltd. (107 Pleasant St, North Sydney, NS B2A1L9). A funeral service was held on Thursday, May 21st 2026 at 11:00 AM at the W. J. Dooley Funeral Home Chapel (107 Pleasant St, North Sydney, NS B2A1L9). A burial was held on Thursday, May 21st 2026 at the Lakeside Cemetery.
