Clara Strickland Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Clara Strickland of North Sydney, Nova Scotia, born in Rose Blanche, Newfoundland, who passed away on April 15, 2024. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Clara Strickland to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Hardy and Annie Hardy (Burt); her significant other Raymond "Duke" Strickland; and her son Raymond "Ray" Strickland. She is survived by: her son Richard Strickland (Joann) of Three Brooks; her daughter-in-law Suzanne Strickland of Scotsburn; her grandchildren, Leah Strickland (Tyler) of Pictou, Tye Strickand (Nhui) of Scotsburn and Peter Strickland (Sarah) of Nanaimo, BC; her great grandchildren, Jasper, Noah, Dylan and Jolene; and her nephew Richard Hardy.

Donations can be made to the SPCA in Clara's memory as Clara and Duke had many beloved cats over the years.
