She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Cotie and Catherine "Kaye" Cotie (King) of Grand Greve, NS.; her husband Frank Clancy; and her brother Brian Cotie. She is survived by: her children, Brian, Janine (John) and Fred (Ashley); her grandson Sean; her sister Anne Fowler (Ivan); her sister-in-law Marie Oram (Frank); her aunts, Donna Boutilier, Patsy Cotie and Marie King; her uncle Jimmy King; and her nieces and nephews, Mark, Joanne Oram, Jason Fowler and Alanna Wood.

Donations in Doreen's memory can be made to the War Amps of Canada or the Dialysis Unit at the Northside General Hospital.
