He was predeceased by: his mother Edna Whitty; his sister Karen Bona; his grandson Lincoln Forrest; and his nephew Stephen Whitty. He is survived by: his children, Chandler, T. J., Eddie and Crystal; his siblings, Rachel and George; and his grandchildren, Dominic, Kayia, Michael, Preston and Briar. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
