He was predeceased by : his parents, George Witherall and Mary Witherall (McNeil); his wife Elvira Marlena Witherall; and his siblings, Helen, Leo, Kevin, Corry, Paul and Veronica.

He is survived by : his children, Vince Witherall, Kim Poplestone, Karen Hunt and Tanya Marks (Patrick); his grandchildren, Leah, Natalie, Tyler, Kaiya, Mila and Pria; and his great grandchild Nolan.

Memorial donations can be made to the Canadian Heart and Stroke Foundation.
