We announce the death of Jane Keagan (North Sydney, Nova Scotia), who passed away on September 2, 2026, at the age of 63. Jane will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Nora Keagan (Parks) and Thomas Keagan; her siblings, Angus (Doreen) and Beverly; and her nephew Daniel.
She is survived by: her children, Ralph, Brandy (Edward), Nora Jane and Joshlon (Dwayne); her grandchildren, Breton, Owen, Kennedy, Edison, Lucas, Gavin, Willow and Gabriel; her daughter Krysta (Chad); her pet Pugsley; and her siblings, Danny (Janice), Karen (Stuart), Tom (Oona) and Nancy (Greg). She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 6th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the W. J. Dooley Funeral Service Ltd. (107 Pleasant St, North Sydney, NS B2A1L9). A funeral Mass was held on Monday, September 7th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Joseph Church (Archibald Ave, North Sydney, NS B2A3M4).
