It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John DuPont (North Sydney, Nova Scotia), who passed away on October 16, 2023, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by : his parents, Alexander DuPont and Rose Marie DuPont (Pearcey); his sister Mary; his mother-in-law Pearl Miles; his siblings-in-law, Wayne Young, Emma Jessome and Lena Kitchener; and his nephew Joshua MacKinnon.
He is survived by : his close friend Betty McGraw; his children, Shaunna MacKinnon (Howie), Corey (Natasha) and Curtis McGraw (Tanya); his siblings, Tommy (Joanne), Sandy (Kathy), Brenda DuPont (Malchie), Pauline Campbell (Eddie), Linda DuPont (Joe) and Debbie Morris (Don); his sister-in-law Penny Young; and his grandson J. T. (John). He is also survived by great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
