He was predeceased by: his parents, George Forrest and Eileen Forrest (Phalen); and his brothers-in-law, Rean Evans and Jason Keeping. He is survived by: his children, Kiana LeBlanc (Austin), Kendra Forrest (Jacob) and Lee Brown (Maude); the mother of his children Janice Eady; and his siblings, Joe Woods (Rosemary), Monica Ann Walsh (Kenny), Georgina Watson (Brian), Karen Forrest (John), Blair Forrest (Debbie), Rhonda Forrest, Albert Forrest (Jennifer), Michelle Forrest (Dwayne), Wayne Forrest (Shirley) and Julie Keeping (David). He is also survived by many family members, friends.
