He was predeceased by : his father Sterling MacVicar. He is survived by : his mother Shirley MacVicar Ross; his mother-in-law Sheila; his brothers, Scott (Sonia) and Stephen MacVicar; his son Brenden; his wife Sheila; and also, Samantha, Brenden and Sabrina MacVicar.

In Paul's memory, donations can be made to mental health.
