He is survived by: his father Thomas Carey; his son Trevor; his grandchildren, Nolan and Brylee; his daughter-in-law Stacey Carey (Reno); his sister Irene LeBeouf; and his close friend Sheila Mitchell. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, cousins, card buddies, co-workers, and friends.

A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, December 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Joseph Church.
