It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jerry Rector of Oxford Junction, Nova Scotia, born in Springhill, Nova Scotia, who passed away on February 7, 2021, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 9th 2021 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the MacDiarmid's Funeral Home & Crematorium (5075 Main St, Oxford, NS B0M1P0). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 10th 2021 at 11:00 AM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Heart and Stroke Foundation in Jerry's memory.
