She was predeceased by: her parents, Doug Rushton and Anna Rushton (Sumara); her husband Gerald; her daughter Katherine; and her siblings, Ralston, Paul Rushton, Helen Myatt and Georgina Rushton.
She is survived by: her children, Anne Bird and Peter Bird; her granddaughters, Amanda Bird and Linda Lirette; her great grandchildren, Brayden Paugh and Makayla Lirette; and her sister-in-law Joan Rushton.
