He is survived by : his wife Beverley (Bertrand); his children, Malcolm, David, Daniel, Gail and Renee; his grandchildren, Matthew, Julie, Janice, Alex, Erika, Jason, Emily and Hannah; his great grandchildren, Mateo and Roman; his siblings, Jacqueline (UK) and Orland; his uncle Bill; and his friends, Dr. William Boyle and Malagash.

He lectured widely in United States, Canada, South America, and Europe on topics related to dopamine, Parkinson's disease, and Schizophrenia, and was considered a world authority on these subjects.
