He is survived by: his mother Sandra Shubert; his wife Sarah Snelgrove; his great-niece Isabella Snelgrove-Kane; his brother Michael McClary (Sarah); his niece Hayley; his nephew Keegan; his uncles, Darrell, Bobby and Johnny Campbell; and his aunt Sheryl Cormier (Terry).

Visitation was held on Sunday, May 25th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the MacDiarmid's Funeral Home & Crematorium (5075 Main St, Oxford, NS B0M1P0). A graveside service was held on Sunday, May 25th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Mount Pleasant Cemetery (116 Mt Pleasant Rd, Mount Pleasant, NS B0M1P0).
