He was predeceased by: his parents, Duncan Marshall and Iola Marshall (Staples) of Earltown; his siblings, Leona Crowe (Clarence) and Ronald Marshall; and his grandson Deven Desjardins.

He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Marshall; his daughter Alisha Hunsley (Rick); his granddaughter Trinity Desjardins; his stepchildren, Cody Ross, Rebekka Fraser and Jarred Fraser; his siblings, Bob Marshall (Shirley) and Marlene Stewart (Bob); and his sister-in-law Sharlene Marshall. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nephews, and nieces.

A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, October 4th 2026 at 2:30 PM at the Earltown Community Hall.
