He was predeceased by: his parents, James "Ralston" Willigar and Rhoda Willigar (Bennett); and his brother Brian. He is survived by: his son Stefan Meekins; his siblings, Freda Estabrooks, Carol Lirette (Gerry), Wanda Rushton, Bertha Smith, David Willigar and Donnie Willigar; his close friend Grace (Winters); Alicia Atkinson. He is also survived by many nieces and, nephews.
