Emily Brown wrote a sympathy message

“I remember growing up in Aunt Barbara's (Buba's) cottage. She had every colour of sunhat you could think of. My brother, my cousins and I loved to play dress up, each choosing our favourite. I remember learning to tie my shoes, and playing with the dollhouse that sat in the living room for hours. As an adult, Aunt B and I would share glasses of white wine and watch for seals on the waterfront. I will miss her wisdom, impeccable style and wit. I loved her very much, and I know she knew that.”
