He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam Wong of Namtoon and Lucy Hemmings of Pictou; and his siblings, Henry, Frank, Clarence, Margaret and Ruby.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret Evelyn Madore; his siblings, Kathleen, Miriam, Jean, Joan, Gerald and William (Sonny); and his children, Wayne (Linda), Brian (Chrisoula), Darryl (Rhonda), Dana (Pamela), Michele (Gary) and Daron (Diane). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
