She was predeceased by : her parents, Dennis Francis and Alice Francis (Knockwood); her siblings, Gilbert Francis, Joseph Dennis Francis, Rodrick Francis, Randall Francis, Mary Lou Nicholas and Deanna Francis; and her granddaughter Chelsea Brooks.

She is survived by : her friend Dolores Mae Francis; her children, Daniel (Margo) of Pictou Landing, Donald of Pictou Landing, Charlotte Ann of Pictou Landing, Curtis Michael of Sipekne'katik and Stuart Knockwood of Sipekne'katik; her grandchildren, Shawn, Josh (Gabrielle), Alyson, Jody, Summer and Koraleigh; her great grandchildren, Aly Rose of Pictou Landing, William of Pictou Landing, Isabelle of Pictou Landing, Joshua of Pictou Landing and Bryce of Pictou Landing; her siblings, Linda Francis, Ann Francis-Muise (Donnie), Lynn Francis, Elizabeth (Leonard), Angela Nicholas (Ashel), Keptin Donald Francis (Melanee), Allan Francis (Mary) and John Andrew (Darlene); and her godchildren, Lynn Francis, Jonathan Beadle, Anthony, Nicholas and Rachel Francis. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
