In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Doug leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Doug may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He is survived by: his wife Janice of Pictou; his sons, Eric Stemp, Chad Stemp (Lisette) and David Stemp (Shirley Masters); his grandsons, Matt Stemp, Devon Stemp and Brian (Ashlee); and his great grandchildren, Conan Saunders and Bucklee Stemp.
At Doug's request, in lieu of a formal funeral, flowers or visitation, we ask that you may consider honoring his memory by donating to the Palliative Care Unit of the Aberdeen Hospital or a charity of your choice.
