With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elizabeth Mae Stroud of Pictou, Nova Scotia, born in New Glasgow, Nova Scotia, who passed away on July 21, 2023. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Elizabeth Mae Stroud to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Bernard Anthony "Bun" and Hazel Jean MacDonald (Cress) of Pictou Landing; and her sisters, Marilyn Mitchell and Darlene MacMillian. She is survived by : her husband Freeman Stroud; her daughter Erin Stroud (Kevin Gallant); her grandson Reynold Gallant; her siblings, Heather Dobson (Don) and Paul MacDonald (Luanna); and her close friend Gloria Hooper. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
