She was predeceased by: her father Louis S. Prest Rosetta Janie (Rose); her son Bryan (Buchanan); her former husband Freeman Buchanan (Buchanan); her brother Waldren (Prest); and her husband Gordon Clarke.
She is survived by: her children, Barry, Heather and Holly; her stepchildren, Robin Ratz (Chuck) and Glenn Clarke (Christine); her grandchildren, Victoria, Kirstianna, Noah, Sawyer, Isaiah, John, Chelsea, Meagan, Cody, Emily, Connor and Chalena; and her great grandchildren, Nova, Landon, Lochlan, Luca, Donovan and Eliana. She is also survived by her children's friends, her nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Elsie's memory to a local humane society of choice.
