He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Bennett and Beatrice Bennett (MacCallum); and his brothers, John and Ralph. He is survived by: his wife Pat Bennett (Freeman); his sons, Jason Ian Bennett and Harold David Bennett; his siblings, Eric, Margaret Ann, Janet, Lyndon, Michael, Cyndy and Laurie Dawn; and his close friend Grant Rankin. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
