He is survived by: his wife Heather; his children, James Mark (Rhonda) and Melissa Lynn Crabtree (Andrew) of Reigate, UK; his granddaughter Sophia Alexandra; his siblings-in-law, Jason Avery (Karyn) and Anna; his nephew Ronald Avery (Kristie Love); Paula Fry, Alberta, Brenda, Wanda of Halifax, NS, Debbie and Linda.
