She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Peeples and Mary Peeples (Chisholm); her husband Bernard Meagher; her brothers, Clayton, Dan, Harold, Alonzo and Earl; and her son John Bernard.
She is survived by: her children, Marilyn (Bob MacAvoy), Claire (Gerard Delorey), Bernadette Nash, Sharon (Barry Cavicchi), Theresa Meagher (Andre Levangie) and Ernie (Donna Palmer Meagher); and her sisters-in-law, Anna Peeples and Heather Hadley (John Meagher). She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Mulgrave Heritage Museum or a charity of one's choice.
