It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Donald Edward MacLeod of Port Hawkesbury, Nova Scotia, who passed away on October 9, 2025, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Merelyn MacLellan; his siblings, Ernie and Vera; and his son-in-law Kevin. He is survived by: his children, Wayne (Diane), Sydney Mines, Donna Burrell of Millville, NS, Darlene MacLennan (Danny) of Millville, NS and Wanda Wolstenholme (Glen); and his siblings, Cameron of Barney's River, NS and Freda Craig (Mike) of Truro, NS.. He is also survived by his 15 grandchildren and 37 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Harbour Light Church (221 Herbert St, Sydney, NS B1P3T1). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
