She was predeceased by: her father David MacDonald; her stepfather Lornie Lewis; her parents-in-law, Margaret MacMaster and John Duncan MacMaster; her husband John Graham MacMaster; and her mother Doris Lewis.
She is survived by: her children, Cathy (Turk), Stephen (Tanya), Grant and Tammy (Mike); her grandchildren, Jade (Peter), Tia, Hope, John, Ryleigh, Grant and Graham; her siblings, Grant McDonald (Barb), Sherry Landry (Philip), Linacy and Sandra Fraser (Alex); and her family Dr. Lisa Gillis of Kyla MacKeigan, RN. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members and dear friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Dennis Haverstock Funeral Homes (724 Granville St, Port Hawkesbury, NS B9A2N8). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Stella Maris Paish Cemetery (2170 Hwy 19, Creignish, NS B9A1B4).
