It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Alanna MacInnis of Port Hawkesbury, Nova Scotia, who passed away on January 8, 2024, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Allan Francis MacDonald and Mary Ann MacDonald (Beaton). She is survived by : her husband John James; her children, Ashli, Allan (Heidi) and Matthew (Jason); her siblings, Alex, Angus, Bernie (Janice), Kevin (Margie), Stanley (Catherine), Betty, Margie, Anne and Joan; and her siblings-in-law, Brenda (Angus), Marjorie (Alex) and Wayne (Anne). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grand-nieces and grand-nephews.

In lieu of flowers, Alanna would be pleased to have your donations directed to St. Joseph's Parish Cemetery Fund or Strait Richmond Palliative Care Society.
