He is survived by: his wife Sheila MacKinnon; his daughters, Marilyn Tremblay (David), Trish MacKinnon, Michelle MacKinnon (Darrel), Kathy Sanford (Geoff) and Colleen MacKinnon (John); his granddaughters, Hannah and Kayla Burke; and his father Micheal MacKinnon.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Dennis Haverstock Funeral Home (724 Granville St, Port Hawkesbury, NS B9A2N8).
