It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Robert Sampson (Port Hawkesbury, Nova Scotia), who passed away on May 2, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Francis Sampson and Letoile Sampson (Parks); his sister June Steele; his brother-in-law Charles Unser; and his former life partner Caroline (Sharpe).

He is survived by : his son Kevin Sampson (Melanie Landry); his grandchildren, Madison and Bailey Lukeman; his siblings, Nancy Unser, Peter Sampson (Michelle) and Tony Sampson (Heather); his brother-in-law Steele; and his wife Carol. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
