He is survived by: his children, Jason, Kathlyn and Stephen; the mother of his children Brenda; his grandchildren, Sierra, Owen, Grace, Violet and Rose; his siblings, Diane (Gerard), Durham, Basil (Cathy) and Darlene (Ronald); his siblings' children, Laurie, Denise, Amanda, Anthony, Natalie, Christopher, Nicholas, Daniel, Selena, Jenna and Bryson; and his aunts, Anna Ryan and Marie DeCoste.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the St. Lawrence Roman Catholic Cemetery (28 Church St, Mulgrave, NS B0E2G0).
