Walter Alan MacCalder Obituary
We are sad to announce that on October 1, 2025, Walter Alan MacCalder of Port Hawkesbury, Nova Scotia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Alexander Donald (Sandy) and Brenda Margaret MacCalder (Dulenty); and his grandparents, Glen, Nellie Dulenty, John Duncan MacCalder, Alexis MacCalder (Ferguson) and Nana Christena Mary MacCalder (MacKinnon).
He is survived by: his brother John Glenn Alexander; his nephews, Keagan (Corrine) and Brendan (Ayla) of Bedford, NS.; and his godchildren, Chantal Phee of Pictou, NS., Daliah Rodriguez and Cathryn Surette (Cassie). He is also survived by many Aunts, Uncles and Cousins.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Gillis Cove Cemetery.
Donations can be made to the Children's Wish Foundation, Orangedale Cemetery, or charity of choice.
