He was predeceased by : his parents, William Metlin and Theresa Metlin (Nearing); and his siblings, Dorothy Metlin and Jim Metlin. He is survived by : his wife Trudy Metlin (Duffy) of Porters Lake; his stepchildren, Terri Jyl Bennett and Todd Bennett (Allison); his stepgrandchildren, Matthew Lapointe, Elisha, Emily, Zoey and Kristin Bennett; his stepgreat-grandson Ezra Bennett; his siblings-in-law, Wayne Duffy (Mary) and Christine MacDonald (Ted); and his cousin Eileen Carroll.
