It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of June Rita Schnare (Porters Lake, Nova Scotia), who passed away on March 9, 2019, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Maxwell Schnare and Winifred Schnare (Gaetz); and her sisters, Shirley "Babe" and Ellie "Babe". She is survived by : her children, Denise Doucette (Sye) of Seaforth, Gilbert MacDonald (Nancy) of Porters Lake, Alden MacDonald (Nancy) of Seaforth, Michelle Veinotte (David), Porters Lake and Merlin MacDonald (June); and her siblings, Lloyd Schnare, Arthur Schnare (Carol) and Heather Garbett (Glenn). She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, eight great- grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to The Birches Nursing Home.
