He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor Tattrie and Viola Tattrie; his wife Vera; his son Alexander "Sandy" Tattrie; and his sons-in-law, James Barkhouse (Shiann) and Douglas Leck (Amberlie).
He is survived by: his pet Buttercup; his daughters, Tanya Tattrie (Mark), Shiann Barkhouse (Gus) and Amberlie Tattrie; his grandchildren, Daniel Tattrie (Tracy), Amanda, Samantha, Courtney (Holden), Katie, Claudia, Alexander and Nicholas; his great grandchildren, Tanner and Reid; and his sister Ester.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 10th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM at the Ettinger Funeral Home (2812 NS-2, Shubenacadie, NS B0N2H0).
