David Williams Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of David Williams of Pugwash Junction, Nova Scotia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 8, 2025 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Sherman Williams and Violet Williams; his son Matthew Williams; and his siblings, Sherman, Elvin Williams and Lorna MacKenzie.
He is survived by: his wife Gail Williams; his daughters, Rebekah Williams and Laura Williams (Nick); his stepdaughters, Tena Simons (Justin) and Dawn Elliott (Mike); his adoptive son Jason Melanson (Jolene); his grandchildren, Ryann, Allison, Kyle, Aaron and Lindy; his siblings, Patricia Briggins (Jack), Billy Williams, Gordon Williams (Faye), Gloria Merlin, Gene Williams, Mary Oja (Larry), Benjamin Williams (Gwen), Andrew Williams (Irene) and Susan Rushton (Larry); and his friends, George Gillis, Lloyd Brown and John Vanderwiel. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Mundle's Funeral Home (10235 Durham St, Pugwash, NS B0K1L0).
Donations can be made to the Cumberland County Hospice Palliative Care Society in David's memory.
