He was predeceased by: his parents, Amos Latta and Myrtle Latta (Teed); his wife Irene Larsen; and his siblings, Clarence, Sandy (Hazel), Lou (Don), Weldon (Betty), Raymond (Barbara), Ross, Gesner (Cecile), Ola (Jack), George (Muriel) and Jean (John).
He is survived by: his daughters, Lisa Brunt (Shawn) of Amherst and Rebecca Johnson (Shawn) of Oxford; his grandchildren, Leah, Hannah Brunt, Paige and Chase Johnson; his siblings-in-law, Hazel Cain (Lloyd) of Halifax, Darrell Larsen (Cora) of Sylvester and Kris Larsen (Holly) of Wallace; and his pet Gopher.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 6th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Mundles Funeral Home (10235 Durham St, Pugwash, NS B0K1L0). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 7th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Mundle's Funeral Home (10235 Durham St, Pugwash, NS B0K1L0).
