Michael Joseph Fougere Obituary

We bid farewell to Michael Joseph Fougere of River Bourgeois, Nova Scotia, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on May 1, 2025 at the age of 72. Michael touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Helen Fougere (Lunn) and Joseph Fougere of Howard's Grocery; his siblings, Cathy Aitken (Brian), Rick (Lynne) and Paul; his wife Valerie (Sharpe); his daughters, Mary Dartmouth and Crystal Graham (Stephen); and his grandchildren, Sam, Frankie, Ethan and Ellie. He was also cherished by siblings, wife and children, nieces and nephews, and grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Strait Richmond hospital palliative care unit or to the Victoria Order of Nurses.
