It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Allan Alexander Rouse of River Denys, Nova Scotia, born in Inverness, Nova Scotia, who passed away on June 11, 2022, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Allan Rouse and Shirley Rouse (Nock) of River Denys; and his grandfather-in-law Nellie MacKinnon. He is survived by : his daughter Avery; his wife Allison; his son Reid; and son Matthew Fitzgerald (Amy); his granddaughter Sophia; his siblings, Willie Rouse (Joan), Kathleen Richardson (Brian), Leslie Rouse (Tammy), Richard Rouse (Margie) and Jennifer LeDue (Richard); his mother-in-law Rachel MacKinnon; and his caregivers, Paula, Meaghan and Rachel. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations may be made to Central Inverness County Palliative Care Society, L'Arche Cape Breton or to the SPCA.
