It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Donald Leblanc of River Hebert, Nova Scotia, born in Joggins, Nova Scotia, who passed away on June 11, 2021, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Gabriel LeBlanc and Melinda LeBlanc (Vienneau); and his daughter Marie Damery. He is survived by : his wife Joanna McLeod; his daughters, Charlene Daborn (Mike) and Joanne LeBlanc (Richard Cormier); his son-in-law George Damery; his grandchildren, Jason (Charmaine), John, Calvin (Laura) and Courtney; his sisters, Joan LeBlanc and Marie Sanford (late Chester); and his stepchildren, Michael McLeod (Grace), Chad McLeod (Kim), Jeffrey McLeod (Marianne) and Jan Porter (John). He is also survived by 9 step-grandchildren; 2 step-great-grandchildren.
