With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Lawson Baird Cooke of River Hebert, Nova Scotia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 24, 2026 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon Cooke and Gertrude Cooke (Hickey); his wife Marion of Sarnia; his son Keith; and his siblings, Vincent, Freddy, Wayne, Betty and Anna.
He is survived by: his children, Sharon (Gerry), Karen, Gordon (Janet) and Kevin; his grandchildren, Maddy, Spencer, Erin and Alec; his great grandchildren, Addison, Thomas and Arthur; and his sisters, Judy, Myrna, Linda, Sally and Laurie.
