He is survived by : his parent Helen Latta (Dewitt); his son Neil Bay (Kelly Jeffcoat); his grandchildren, Jordan and Kenley; his siblings, Margie Pierce of Port Alberni, BC and Diane Latta; his nieces, Janice, Gordie, Susan, Robin, Chris, Aaron, Belinda and Brenda; and also Birch Bay.
