She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Cook and Annie Cook (Conrad); her son James; her half-sisters, Margaret and Elizabeth; her siblings, Karen, Virginia, Linda, Michael and Donald; and her siblings-in-law, Mary Ann, Clyde, Ronald and John.
She is survived by: her husband John; her sons, Philip (Valerie) and Paul (Melinda); her grandchildren, Luke (Alyssa), Sophia (Bailey), Lillian, Nathan and Owen; her great grandchildren, Mitchell, Byrnnlee and Maxwell; her siblings, Sheila Tanner (Carl), Garden Lots, Jean Wentzell (Allister), John Cook (Barbara), Romaine (Lorna Jane), Rockingham and Barry Cook (Barbara); and her siblings-in-law, Loretta Cook (Riverport) and Donnie Levy. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations can be made to St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church, Rose Bay or to Harbour View Haven Home for.
