He is survived by: his wife Madrine (Lloyd); his daughters, Becky (Drew), Kathy (John) and Anne (Phillip); his granddaughters, Wendy (Len) and Errin (Norman); his great grandchildren, Nicholas, Zachary and Alicia; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Emily, Maddie and Alex. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorial donations may be made to the Victorian Order of Nurses or charity of choice.
