She was predeceased by: her parents, Annie Barns and Joe Barns; her children, Glenwood "Woody", Linda Goucher and Lucy Latham; and her siblings, Edna Hodder and Ted Barnes.
She is survived by: her children, Marshall, Arthur, Joey (Pat), Roger (Debbie), June Purcell (Cyril), Edie Buchanan, Dora Williams, Annie Latham, Susan Foster (Donnie), Rose Brannen (Harold) and Bonnie Murphy (Doug). She is also survived by 31 grandchildren, 56 great-grandchildren and 12 great-great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Huskilson's Funeral Home (58 Bulkley St, Shelburne, NS B0T 1W0).
Memorial donations in her memory may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
