He is survived by: his wife Elaine (Slack); his children, Eric (Jennifer) and Donna MacMillan (Scott); his grandchildren, Trent (Kelly), Joel (Katelyn), Taryn (Greg) and Quentin; and his great grandchildren, Avery, Sophie, Addison and Wren. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces and cousins.
